Bio
Rusty attended West Kentucky Technical School’s Barber College where he learned invaluable cutting, coloring, and hair restructuring techniques. Rusty’s first position was at Pandemos Systems, the most prominent Barber Salon in West KY’s Quad State area. While there, he was mentored by some of the most skilled stylists in Western KY.
Feeling that he needed a change of pace, Rusty moved 2300 miles across the country to Washington State. Here he has continued to pursue his passion in color theory and honed his eye for refining and customizing color. In the process he attended the Framesi’s Color Educators Seminar where he achieved the status of Certified Framesi Color Technician, allowing him to travel Western Washington teaching color theory and application.
Today, Rusty is excited to be working in Seattle’s cutting edge neighborhood, Capitol Hill. Rusty has over four years of experience working in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, and now he welcomes the opportunity to utilize all his years of experience as a barber, colorist, and stylist to help his clients achieve a flattering and stylish look.
