Well, Tavern Law is one great new venue on Capitol Hill that is part of the national trend of bars that pay homage to prohibition era speakeasies. Located in the Trace Lofts building, this bar is generating a lot of buzz. The Stranger described Tavern Law as “Tavern Law is distilled. Tavern Law is fiction. Tavern Law is theater. Tavern Law is trend incarnate.” Though not everyone has been impressed. Still, Tavern Law is an experience and we highly recommend checking it out! More info can be found on the bar’s website.
